Shipping & Returns

The shipping time is 3-5 days.

Shipping Notes:
1. We can ship virtually to any international regions in the world including the major destinations such as USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore and some Asia countries etc.
2. Once the items are shipped, we will send you an email with the available tracking number which shows the item is "Delivered". You will receive the items within 3-5 normally.
3. Our shipping method is Air-express by EMS/UPS/DHL.

If your tracking number starts with EA or EE, then your package has been shipped by EMS. In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website.

5. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will reship once at our expense.

Returns and Refund policy:
Our aim is to please you. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.
1. We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons: a. shipping errors b. damaged goods c. dissatisfaction
2. If you need to return any items, please do so with the items unused. Please also keep all labels and tags on items too. Otherwise, the returned items will not be accepted. You have 7 days to do so. You will have to pay for return postage and you must obtain a certificate of posting from the post office. This certificate is free of charge. If the items are returned in the same condition as you received them then you will be be only get 80% of the total sum you paid for restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping postage and your return postage.
3. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for returned shipping damages.
4. Please E-mail all returns request back to: aimee.services@hotmail.com. Please choose "Returns" as a subject. In the message you need to state:

a. Your order No.
b. Item(s) you want to return.
c. The reason you want to make a return.
d. Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out
5. Product Exchange: you may exchange your product for any other product in our website for equal or lesser value. If exchanged for a lesser value item the remaining balance will be refunded to your Credit Card.
6. It should be emphasized that if you are unable to return or exchange the products within 7 days of receipt, request will not be entertained.
